GPISD Takes Aim at Every Child, Every Seat, Every Day

On November 7, 2011, Grand Prairie ISD will once again launch Every Child, Every Seat, Every Day, an attendance incentive contest intended to encourage students to have “perfect attendance.” This year’s goal is to improve district-wide average daily attendance by 2%.

The contest is open to all students attending any elementary school, middle school, 9th grade center, Grand Prairie High School, South Grand Prairie High School or Dubiski Career High School. Students who have perfect attendance will be placed into a drawing for prizes at their school. Prizes include free meals, games, and tickets to see the American League Pennant-winning Texas Rangers!

High School students (grades 10-12) can qualify to win a car from Graff Chevrolet (one for each high school) with tax, title and license on the vehicle paid by Texas Trust Credit Union. Also, a free Chick-fil-A meal every week for one year!
