HVAC Work Orders and After Hours HVAC requests
Please enter the work order on the work order system for any HVAC problems, and then call Dispatch. The Maintenance and Operations Dispatch Office is open from 7 AM to 4 PM Monday -Friday.
After Hours HVAC
If you are scheduling HVAC for an after-hours event, you must do so via the Schooldude FSDirect request site. For questions or concerns contact Tina Harrison
• Requests for same day activities need to be submitted by 2:00 PM.
• Requests for same day activities submitted between 2:00 PM & 3:00 PM you need to call Jerry Palermo to activate the HVAC.
• Requests for same day activities that are submitted after 3:00 PM the Principal will need to call Jerry Palermo to activate the HVAC.
• Requests that are submitted on Fridays for Saturday activities need to be submitted by 2:00 PM Friday.
• Requests that are submitted on Fridays for Saturday activities between 2:00 PM & 3:00 PM you need to call Jerry Palermo to activate the HVAC.
• Requests that are submitted after 3:00 PM on Fridays for a Saturday Activity, the Principal will need to call Jerry Palermo to activate the HVAC.
