Beyond The Bell

 
GPISD Beyond the Bell utilizes the childcare management system,EZChildTrack. The EZChildTrack system with Parent Portal provides parents/guardians with secure access to manage account and child information,view monthly invoices and statements, view real-time account balances, review program registration and enrollment, and make online payments.

ParentPortal online account access will be provided via e-mail once the Beyond the Bell Registration Form for the 2013-2014 school year has been approved.

Enrollment Forms are required for each child enrolling in Beyond the Bell. Please submit the paperwork to Beyond the Bell: via email, mail, or in person.

In order to guarantee your child's spot, the registration fee and all enrollment forms must be completed and received by Beyond the Bell no later than Thursday, August 1, 2013.

The initial charge is $50.00 Registration Fee per child plus the first week’s tuition. This payment must be made by noon August 19, 2013 in order for your student(s) to attend Beyond the Bell the first week of school(August 26 - 30, 2013).
