Please enter a work order on the work order system for any HVAC problems or requests for air during regular business hours.  The Maintenance and Operations Dispatch Office is open from 7 AM to 4 PM Monday -Friday. 

If you are scheduling air for an after-hours event, you must do so via the after-hours HVAC request site.  For access to the after-hours HVAC request site, you must contact Donald Vaughn.  If you have a request for HVAC after normal hours please do not turn the request in on the Schooldude work order system.   Schooldude is only used for work orders during business hours.
