  •  Public Reporting of Progress for GPISD in Meeting Highly Teacher Requirements

The No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB) requires each local education agency (LEA) to publicly report progress  of the LEA and its campuses toward meeting the highly qualified (HQ) teacher requirements.  The 2005-2006 Highly  Qualified Teacher Reports for LEAs and individual campuses are available on the Texas Education Agency (TEA)  NCLB web site at http://www.tea.state.tx.us/nclb/hqreport.html.   Please note that there are three applicable  reports for each LEA and on report per campus.
