Objective:To
have the students read the temperature of the water, the air temperature
in the sun and the air temperature in the shade. They should also
notate the time of the day that they have taken this data. They are
to determine the Fahrenheit and the Celsius readings. Then compare these
temperatures and find the difference between them.
Instructions:As
you take a nature walk through the bottoms near the creek, have the students
work in pairs while they collect their data at the predetermined areas.
Then they will determine the difference between the numbers.
