As Instructional Technology Facilitator, my primary role is to assist and support teachers in their use of technology. I provide training, model lessons, and collaborate on lessons to use with students. |

New computers are being delivered to the labs at Bush and Travis Elementary Schools this month. These computers have Office 2007. If you create documents in our current Office 2000, you will need to choose Save as and then, 97-2003 in order for the document to open properly. This is especially important when you are sharing Excel spreadsheets. Also, Publisher is not part of the new Office 2007 suite. |

Eduphoria Helpdesk is the place to go when you are having a problem with your computer. Be sure to enter a detailed work order. The work order will be sent to me if it is for a computer repair. I will attend to it as soon as possible. If I am unable to resolve the problem, I will turn it over to a technician. Work orders are required in order to have technical problems resolved. |
