Registration Information

Welcome to the Young Men's Leadership Academy at Kennedy Middle School! We are glad you are here and areready to assist you.

Using your GPISD Skyward Family and Student Access account for onlineregistration, you will be able to verify and update contact, emergency, andhealth information for each child. You will also be able to access all GPISD requiredforms and documents.

The online registration process is required for all returning students of GPISD and will open for all campuses beginning August 1, 2012. Onlineregistration must be completed before the first day of school. The first day ofschool for 2012 is August 27.

When enrolling in the Young Men’s Leadership Academy after the first day ofschool, please see the campus registrar and have the following documents withyou at the time of registration:

• Proof of residency (gas, water, electric bill, lease agreement)
• Last Report Card
• Social Security Card
• Immunization/shot records
• Drivers License of Guardian
• Birth Certificate
