Third and fourth grade students can apply to be a counselor helper.  They are interviewed and chosen based on grades, attendance and character.  Some of the duties of counselor helpers are raising and lowering the flags, distributing items to teachers weekly, and assisting the counselor when needed.  These students are an integral part of the Rayburn Community!!!
