Parade Information
Each year the Cinco de Mayo committee in conjunction with GPISD,
City of Grand Prairie, HACE, and other community businesses and organizations work together to have a Cinco de Mayo celebration.
On the Saturday closest to May 5th. we have a parade that starts at 10:30 a.m. along Main Street in downtown Grand Prairie. It is followed by, an all day celebration with food booths and entertainment. We raise money
for student scholarships for GPISD seniors
