Middle School New Student Registration

Description

GPISD Middle Schools are open from 8:30 - 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. for New Student Registration.

Please bring the following documents:

1. Previous school report card or transcript

2. Shot Record

3. Birth Certificate

4. Social Security Number/Card

5. Proof of Residency: Gas,electric, utility bill or apartment/rent house lease with name of resident

6. Parent's drivers license/ID
