Late schedule pick up for any student that could not pick up during other scheduled times

Description

Only a legal parent or guardian (with documented verification) may bring a child to pick up their schedule. Please don't forget to online register and please bring the following:

online registration verification form
current proof of residence (electric, water, or gas bill which must have the enrolling parent/guardian's name on the bill). A current lease is also allowable with ALL residence names verified on lease. All verification paperwork must have current dates on the document. If you are a guardian, please bring guardian paperwork with you for verification.
any updated information (shot records mandatory for any 7th graders)
Book fines for outstanding debts will be collected prior to schedules being picked up
