Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year!
DATA at Adams Community:
Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year. We are looking forward to an outstanding year filled with even more academic and extracurricular success.
We continue to encourage a strong family-school connection. To that end, we are in the beginning stages of developing a PTA for our campus, and we look forward to our parents and community joining to help make it a success.
Our school will start the year strong with our house system, so encourage your students to return with a mindset of excellence, kindness, and leadership. For our incoming 6th graders and new enrollees, don’t worry. They will be assigned to a house soon after their arrival!
This year, our campus will follow a 7-period school day, so our students will no longer have to keep track of the alternating A Day/B Day schedule. They will visit all of their teachers every single day, and of course, they will still need their iPads and ID badges each day.
After reviewing parent input regarding dress code, we have made a significant change for the 2023-2024 school year. Student uniforms are no longer required. Dress code has been revised to mirror that of the rest of the district. Please ensure your students are mindful of the District Dress Code. Failure to adhere to the dress code will result in ISS. With more options, it should be much easier for them to follow.
Thank you for partnering with us in your child’s education. I look forward to an awesome school year. Please feel free to reach out to the campus if you have any questions or concerns.
