Employee Assistance
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential and free workplace service designed to help employees deal with personal or work-related problems that might adversely impact their job performance, health, and well-being. This program offers a variety of services, including short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services for employees and their household members.

Key Benefits of an Employee Assistance
Confidential Support: Employee Assistance services are completely confidential. Employees can seek help without fear of their information being disclosed to their employer.
Wide Range of Services: Employee Assistance typically offers support for a variety of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and financial concerns.
Free Sessions: Employees are entitled to 5 free sessions per issue, ensuring they receive the necessary support without any financial burden.
Accessibility: Employees and their family members can access Employee Assistance services at any time, often through a toll-free phone number or online resources.
Professional Counseling: Employee Assistance provides access to licensed professionals who can offer short-term counseling and support. If long-term assistance is needed, Employee Assistance can refer individuals to appropriate resources.
Crisis Management: In times of crisis, Employee Assistance can provide immediate support and assistance, helping employees manage traumatic events and return to normalcy.
