Grades and Curriculum Master
The PEIMS Department encompasses the functionality of how and when grades are entered and maintained along with the assisting with the reporting of grades. The district Curriculum Master is also maintained under this department to ensure that course information is uniform from campus to campus and state reported data is accurate.
The Texas Education Agency requires the following records to be reported dealing with Grades and Curriculum:
- 300 Course Section Data - Campus records including course service IDs, course sequence codes and non campus based instruction codes
- 305 Staff Data - Teacher class assignments including service IDs, course sequence codes, population served codes and class roles from the Course Master.
- 410 CTE Attendance Records - Program activity for Career Tech classes and contact hours.
- 415 Course Completion Records - Service IDs, course sequence codes, non-high school year-long course information from the Course Master. Final posting of grades for the year, credit earned and pass/fail indicators.
