    Welcome to the home of Business Intelligence(BI).  By definition Business Intelligence refers to a variety of software applications used to analyze an organizations raw data. The goal of the BI department is to deliver Big Data to our Customers, with Accuracy, in a Simple to understand format, and to make the transmission of data securely Accessible from any device.

How to get the data you want

  • To request a new integration between GPISD and a software vendor please fill out the Software Request Form.

    For issues regarding existing integrations or internal custom reports please submit a ticket in Zendesk.

    Prior to purchasing any 3rd party software that would require district data.  The BI Department should always be a part of the implementation plan.  Adding our department to the plan will ensure our SIS/ERP systems works with the 3rd party software provider and it will ensure that our data is moved to the vendor using quick and secure methods of transmission.
