Mission Statement
In Technology Services, it is our goal to provide the best customer service possible to the students and staff at Grand Prairie ISD. Technology Services consists of the Help Desk and the technicians in the Tech Shop. We are very conscious of the needs of the end users in our District. We will always be available to assist with quotes, orders, work orders, and phone support with the help of the ZenDesk Work Order System and Help Desk. Please reach out if you need help. That is "What We Do!"
