IMPORTANT NOTE: Athletes must be identified by an appropriate agency or professional with one of the following conditions (Intellectual Disability, Cognitive Delay, and or Developmental Disability) Athletes must be 8 years or older to compete in local and area competitions and 12 years or older to compete in state competitions.
