- Grand Prairie ISD graduating senior intending to attend a college/university or an accredited trade/technical school
- GPA of 3.7 or higher, based on a 4.0 scale

Criteria:
- Application and video submission required
- Must be a senior graduating from South Grand Prairie High School, Grand Prairie High School, or Dubiski Career High School
- GPISD graduating senior intending to attend a college/university or accredited trade/technical school
- GPA of 2.0 or better, based on a 4.0 scale
- Demonstrated potential for advance education and seeking an academic degree
- Have an economic need
- Have involvement in extracurricular school activities
- Volunteer Activities
