  • Roger & Thelma Phillips Dickey Memorial Scholarship

    Established in 2003 by the Estate of Samuel Roger Dickey

    Reviewer: The GPISD Education Foundation Scholarship Committee will review completed applications and video submissions.

    Deadline: April 1, 2024

    Criteria:

    • GPISD graduating senior attending Grand Prairie High School, South Grand Prairie High School, or Dubiski Career High School intending to attend a college/university or accredited trade/technical school. 
    • GPA of 2.0 or better based on a 4.0 scale
    • Demonstrated potential for advanced education and seeking an academic degree. 
    • Economic need. 
    • Involvement in extracurricular school activities.
