The Young Men's Leadership Academy utilizes a merit system to reward students for excellence in the areas of Academics, Athletics, Fine Arts, Behavior, and Service. The house that accumulates the most merits per grading period will be eligible for rewards and privileges. The house system is designed to encourage and honor our students for exemplifying their greatest potential as they become outstanding citizens and prepare for success in high school and beyond.
