Dubiski Career High School
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor's and Master's degree from The University of Texas at Arlington with over 10 years of varied experience working with children and families in a variety of settings providing both long term and brief interventions and counseling. Most recently I was employed with Dallas ISD Psychological & Social Services. I believe that change happens when people are given the insight they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling happy lives. I strive daily to help students make that change. In my free time, I love traveling, spending time with my husband and family, serving at church, and giving back through various service projects in my community. Helping students is my passion and helping the students of Dubiski is an honor. I’m happy to join the team!

Jackson Middle School
My name is Adrian Franklin, and I am the Social Worker at Jackson Middle School. Before coming to Jackson, I worked as a medical social worker for 12 years. I also have experience in mental health, crisis intervention, and providing resources and referrals. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and my Master of Social Work from Texas A&M University-Commerce. I became a social worker because I have a passion to help others in any way I can. I became a school social worker because I have the desire to help students eliminate social and emotional barriers so they can reach their highest potential in the classroom.
When I am away from the school, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my two dogs; a Pug named Ruby and an English Bulldog named Teddy. I also enjoy watching and playing sports. Lastly, I like trying out new foods and restaurants.
I look forward to serving the students and families here at Jackson. Please feel free to contact me if you have any question or concerns.
Best Wishes,
Adrian Franklin, LMSW
