Incoming Middle School
Prepare a one-minute monologue (not to exceed 60 seconds) and any artistic materials you may have. (EX. Drawings, crafts, hobbies); and 30sec of a song if you are interested in musical theatre.
Incoming High School ActorsPrepare two one-minute monologues (contrasting) and 30 seconds of a song if you are interested in musical theatre.
Incoming High School TechniciansPrepare a one-minute monologue and portfolio work of any artistic materials you may have. (EX. Drawings, crafts, hobbies); and 30 seconds of a song if you are interested in musical theatre.

Monologue Tips
• The monologue should be memorized
• The monologue should be a maximum of 60sec.
• The monologue should be from a published play
• The monologue should NOT be too overly dramatic and should avoid bad language any extreme adult content
• Most importantly the monologue should give us an idea of who you are as a person. -
