The Instructional Coach helps to build the capacity of all classroom teachers, grades K-5, through the use of research-based best practices, teaching demonstration lessons in classrooms, providing feedback to teachers, assisting in analyzing data, and delivering staff development at the campus/district level throughout the school year.
