During this time of a "new normal" that we are all adjusting to, please take time to practice self-care. As parents, we are constantly thinking of our families and others and making sure their needs are met. While doing that, we often neglect to take care of ourselves. Taking some time to focus on you and your needs is not selfish. In fact it will allow you to better help others when your needs are being addressed, too.
