Grade 3 is a transition year. Reading passages get more challenging. Sentences are longer. Vocabulary words are tougher and math concepts require fact fluency as well as complex thought.
3rd grade students are expected to take more responsibility for their education, speaking out when they don’t understand something and using strategies for learning that work best for them.
We are excited to watch our students grow and reach their academic goals.
