    Building Enhancements

    • Hand sanitizer is available at several locations throughout the buildings
    • Doors to suites will be propped open to minimize spread of virus on door handles
    • Protective shields have been installed in high traffic areas
    • Floor markers indicating social distancing placed in main waiting areas


    • As much as possible, meetings should occur on Zoom
    • In-person meetings, if necessary, will follow posted conference room occupancy limits
    • Masks will be worn for in-person meetings

    Common Areas

    • Break room, conference rooms, community coffee machines, etc., not operational at this time
    • Water fountains, when operational, serve as filling stations only
    • Vending machines, appliances if available, must follow sanitizing protocols for community use.

    Personal Protection Procedures

    • Check your temperature prior to arriving onsite; a fever of 100 or greater, stay home
    • Complete a screening each day upon entering the building (, printed copy where needed
    • Wash your hands and /or use hand sanitizer after entering the building, remember to consider respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette
    • Wear a mask in the presence of others, if you are in your office alone, no mask required
    • When work touching multiple surfaces (copier, mail distribution, etc.), sanitize before and after use
    • Be mindful of sharing papers, writing utensils, etc.
    • Practice social distancing when around others
    • Eat lunch in your office or off site
    • Avoid congregating in common areas
    • Avoid touching door knobs and handles as much as possible
    • Limit restroom usage to 1 person at a time (preferred) or observe posted occupancy limits
    • Clean your work area prior to leaving the building – supervisor will coordinate supplies
