The Firefighting Pathway introduces students to firefighter safety and development. Students will analyze and understand Texas Commission on Fire Protection rules and regulations, proper incident reporting and records, proper use of personal protective equipment, and the principles of fire safety. In addition, students will learn and use procedures for use of fire extinguishers, ladder, fire hose, and water supply apparatus.
