This website was created to provide quick resources for Calming/Focusing Activities, Brain Breaks, Breathing Strategies and other information regarding Social Emotional Learning.

There is a Page for Teachers/Parents, which is meant to help destress, take the edge off, recenter ...etc

There is a Student Page which is meant to help you find resources quickly not necessarily for the students to use on their own. The videos on the student page can be used throughout the day for your class, be it virtual or face to face.

Most Videos are in English, please give me some time to add more Spanish (if you already found some Spanish, send them my way and I can add them).
