  • ALPHABET BOOK EXAMPLE PAGE BTWO WAYS TO COMPLETE:

    Independently: Students extend the activities Initial Sounds Pt 1 and Pt 2 by completing a labeled image of each letter of the alphabet.

    Whole Group: The entire class creates 1-3 initial sound images with labels to complete the entire alphabet.

    1. Open a blank pages document (preferably landscape).
    2. Fill the e-book filled with your students’ hand-drawn images and writing.
      • Every letter of the alphabet is displayed with two original drawings of items that begin with that letter. Each item is labeled with a text box and written word.
    3. Create an audio recording of the students’ voices narrating the letter, the letter sound, and identifying the items in on the page.
    4. Personalize with author images, class photos, author credits, custom backgrounds, etc.
    5. Export book as an E-Pub to share
