  • Observe the Moon Night NASA Annual International Observe the Moon Night

    GPISD John Pogue Planetarium is partnering with the Mesquite ISD and Garland ISD Planetariums to promote NASA’s Annual International Observe the Moon Night. Families can participate and earn prizes in several ways. All participants need to register but the event is free. Winning is as easy as taking a selfie with the moon. There are three other challenges that can earn you a free family night at the Pogue Planetarium when it can safely reopen.

    Throughout the school year, the Pogue Planetarium offers Planetarium Community Nights for free with programs in both English and Spanish. Seating is limited, so guests need to register for seats. See what we are offering and sign up for your visit(s).
