New Student Online Enrollment (NSOE) and Returning Student Registration

  • New Student Online Enrollment (NSOE) and Returning Student Online Registration will open Tuesday, July 30 at 8:00 A.M.

    Before enrollment/registration opens, determine if you need to complete New Student Online Enrollment or Returning Student Online Registration. Learn more at the www.gpisd.org/registration

    Middle School: August 5-8
    Elementary: August 5-9

    Returning Student Online Registration Campus Support Hours
    Beginning August 6, campus computer labs will be available for families that need support for registration from 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.

Immunizations

  • Grand Prairie ISD Students - You may schedule an appointment at 972-237-4013 beginning July 22 through August 6. Walk ins are welcome.

    Vaccines will be given free of charge if the following information is provided:

    • Private Insurance: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana & United HealthCare
      You must bring a photo copy of your insurance card and primary insured's driver's license.
    • Medicaid: Bring a copy of your insurance card.
    • Children 18 and younger without insurance: No additional identification needed

    A parent or guardian and a current shot record are required for all children to receive vaccinations.

    Please consult with your nurse regarding what vaccines are required for school.

    Free Immunization Clinic for students prekindergarten through 12th grade. Parents must attend with the student. Please bring a shot record.

    Passport Health will be giving free immunizations for students prekindergarten (3 & 4 years) through 12th grade. Parents must attend all students. Please bring a shot record.

    Passport Health will be giving free immunizations for students prekindergarten (3 & 4 years) through 12th grade. Parents must attend all students. Please bring a shot record.

    Free Childhood Immunizations for eligible* children 2 months through 18 years of age

    *Your child may be eligible for free vaccines/immunizations from the Caring for Children Foundations’ Care Van® if he/she has Medicaid, have no health insurance, has health insurance that does not cover vaccines, or is an American Indian or Alaskan Native.

    All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    Please bring a child’s complete immunization records-required for this free service. No appointments are necessary!

School Supplies

  • 2019-2020 School Supply Lists

    Grand Prairie ISD works with various organizations, businesses, and non-profits to provide school supplies for families in need. Availability of supplies is based on the number of donations gathered. If your child is in need of school supplies for the 2019-2020 school year, please contact the Grand Prairie ISD Family Service Center at 972-623-9000 to be placed on the waitlist for school supplies. Placing your name on the waitlist does not guarantee you child supplies, but we will do our best to accomodate the needs of our families.  

    Elementary supplies will be delivered to your child’s classroom at Back-to-School Sneak Peek on Thursday, August 15. 

    Secondary supplies will be available to your child the first week of school. Please see your school counselor to pick-up school supplies.
