Registration may be completed at any time throughout the year. Space fills up fast, so don't wait. To begin the registration process, click HERE.

Once a contract request is completed, you will receive an email and your student(s) will be placed on the campus pending list. If there are openings available, families will be notified via email that the contract has been accepted and confirm the requested start date.

If there are no current openings, your student will be placed on a waitlist. Contracts are approved within the order in which they were received. No updates are provided unless your contract is approved.

Beyond the Bell serves students Pre-K 4 until the student has completed 5th grade.

The Beyond the Bell After School Program begins on the first day of school and operates on the same calendar as the district. Beyond the Bell closes at 6:30 p.m. daily.

Each campus follows a set rotation schedule each afternoon. This schedule is followed each day and does not change unless there are special events such as activities on campus or guest speakers. Each child is expected to follow the rotation schedule even if they arrive late due to tutoring, other school clubs, etc.

Yes. Unfortunately part time care is not an option. Students must enroll for 5 days a week.

No. Unfortunately, Beyond the Bell does not allow drop-ins.

Tuition is billed weekly for the upcoming week. Invoices are generated on Thursday and payments are due on Friday, prior to care being received. Log in online to make payments through Eleyo or enroll in AutoPay by clicking HERE or payments can be made via phone by contacting the Beyond the Bell office during regular business hours.

No payments can be accepted on campus. We DO NOT accept cash. Automatic payments can be scheduled weekly from a credit card or bank account. Automatic payment is the most effective way to avoid late payment fees.

Cancellations must be requested in Eleyo by logging into your online account. A minimum of a 7 day notice is required prior to completing a withdrawal request in Eleyo. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation of your student(s) last scheduled day or attendance for Beyond the Bell. A final invoice will be generated based on your child’s last day of attendance.

Beyond the Bell employs highly qualified staff for each program site. Our staff members are GPISD employees that undergo a full criminal background screening, which includes fingerprinting, prior to employment. All program staff receive training in safety and emergency procedures and each Site Supervisor is CPR and First Aid certified.

Yes. There is a designated time for homework each day. While we strive to create a supportive environment for students to complete their assignments, we cannot guarantee that homework will be finished. It is recommended that parents check their child’s work at home as well.

Yes, the program balances free play as well as structured games and activities each day.

At Beyond the Bell, we are here to help each student reach their individual goals, based on their personal needs.  We know some students require alternative support and expectations to help them do their best every day.  It is important that we work with you and your student(s) to learn more about how we may best serve them.

If your student has an IEP or 504 plan, please share that with the Site Supervisor, as soon as possible, so that we can help ensure a smooth transition and help them thrive in our program.

There will be a designated parent area when you arrive on site to sign out daily. Your student will only be released to the parent/guardian or another authorized adult you have indicated in Eleyo. This list can be updated at any time by logging into your Eleyo account.

• Please follow the required pick up procedures for your site.
• You must sign your full name on the Eleyo attendance app when dropping off and picking up your student(s).
• Photo identification may be checked at any time.
• Please pick up your student(s) on time each day. If an emergency arises and you are unable to reach the site before closing, call to inform Beyond the Bell of your progress and make arrangements with another pick-up person, if needed.

Our weekly tuition rate is $75. Families will not be charged on the days that GPISD is not in session.

Discounts are available to families who qualify. Discounts will not be backdated and will be applied to the next billing cycle after the Beyond the Bell office receives the information needed to apply the discount.

GPISD Employee - $67 weekly
Multi Family - $65 weekly
Free/Reduced Lunch - $55 weekly

Please Note: Families who qualify for free and reduced lunch must provide a copy of the approval letter for the current school year to the Beyond the Bell office in order for the discount to be applied.

Please contact the Site Supervisor via email/phone no later than 2:30 p.m. when your student(s) will not be attending the program. 

Yes – you can log on to your Eleyo account and update/change information at any time (i.e. Authorized pick-up names, contact numbers, payment method, etc.).
