The Grand Prairie Fine Arts Academy's students study daily with a unique staff of professional educators, academic and in the arts, who are also working artists with significant training and experience in their individual disciplines.

South Grand Prairie High School's mission is to create a learning environment that promotes high academic achievement, capitalizes on student career interests and attitudes, prepares students for college, and encourages student involvement in order to produce responsible and successful citizens.

The mission of the Grand Prairie Collegiate Institute is to give scholars in grades 6th-12th access to courses in advanced academics, dual credit, CTE (Career and Technical Education), and Advanced Placement with the intent that scholars will complete high school with significant college credits. The college credits are earned through an accredited college partner: two-year community college and/or four-year university.
