Hi! My name is Yadira Reyes. As the Crockett School counselor, I look forward to working with you and your child throughout this school year. I am here to support the academic, social, emotional and behavioral growth and needs of your child. I have an awesome opportunity to work with children who share their joys and worries, their accomplishments and concerns on a daily basis. We learn about expressing our feelings, solving problems, getting along with others, and so much more. A big part of my job is also expose all of our students to higher education. 

I am also available to help children through seasons of difficulty. As a school counselor I understand that disruptions such as illness, death, or divorce may affect students at school. Whatever the concern, I am here to listen to your child and to help your child to feel safe and comfortable

Hi! My name is Evelyn Lopez and I am very grateful for the opportunity to be your child’s school counselor. I have had the opportunity to teach Pre-4 for four years here at Crockett and have witnessed how crucial it is to help children develop academically, socially and emotionally at an early age. My goal is to listen to your child and family needs and provide the services that are needed to help you and your child build resiliency and build strong fundamental skills to be successful in life. 

Vision

My vision is for all of our young learners at Crockett Early Education School to develop fundamental skills; academically, socially and emotionally at an early age so that they can succeed and find their unique and individual passion in life.

Mission

The mission of the Crockett Early Education School Counselors is to support our School District’s youngest learners in reaching their highest potential socially, emotionally and academically. We will provide students and families a comprehensive counseling program that addresses skills and techniques to address academic, personal and social-emotional growth to all children. This will be accomplished through collaborating and communicating effectively with all of our campus staff, families and all other professional staff that is equipped to support our young learners.
