This is my 11th year, 4 years with GPISD, to serve as a school counselor supporting student’s social and emotional needs. I am excited to begin the 2017-2018 school year at Travis World Language Academy. This year we will discover your child’s career interests, choose an endorsement for high school planning, and increase awareness of CTE programs available for your child to achieve the future goals they dream of. The middle school guidance lessons will prepare your child toward academic goal-setting, decision making strategies, drug prevention/awareness, and increase teen dating awareness to serve as resources for future encounters. I look forward to guiding your student through opportunities and discussions on ways to make a difference in our community today and beyond.
