As Instructional Media Specialist, my primary role is to assist, inform, and empower teachers to use and manage technologies and library resources to enhance student learning.

My goal is to support curriculum integration of resources, provide technology and library training for staff and students, as we prepare students for 21st century skills necessary to succeed.

The Marshall Elementary library has over 19,000 books, magazines, books-on-tape, DVD's, and online resources. We have a flexible schedule which encourages students, staff and parents to use the library throughout the school day.

Students enjoy regular book check out sessions and research activities using the Gale databases and other library materials. Our student-centered library encourages students to be independent, responsible, and enthusiastic library users.
