Marshall Leadership Academy offers 5th grade students a unique opportunity to lead. MLA is one of a few schools in GPISD that airs their morning announcements in video form. All students at Marshall watch these announcements daily. Each student who makes up the MLA News Team works as reporters, camera people, directors, and editors.

The MLA Morning News features segments ranging from messages from our Administration to fun videos that make us think of our character.. We celebrate birthdays, discuss the weather, find out what's for lunch, and highlight students who are doing amazing things at MLA. I am very excited to be a part of the MLA News Team, and I cannot wait to see how our program grows as we learn more from one another.
