If my child is currently enrolled in a GPISD school or program of choice and wishes to continue for the following school year, do I need to re-apply?
Students currently attending a GPISD School of Choice or Program of Choice and wish to stay and continue at that school or program do not need to re-apply for any level other than Pre-K going into Kindergarten. Pre-K students must apply to attend kindergarten at the same school if the school is not zoned for their residence.

Note: The campus administrator will require you to sign a “Schools and Programs of Choice Letter of Intent” to acknowledge your intent to return for the new school year.

If my child is currently attending a traditional school on a transfer request and wishes to stay for the following year, do I need to re-apply online?
Students currently attending a traditional campus on a transfer request and wish to stay and continue at that campus do not need to apply online.
Please note that if your child is attending Pre-K in a school that is not zoned for your residence and you wish for your child to remain at that school, your child must apply for a transfer to begin kindergarten at that school.

Note: The campus administrator will require you to sign a “Transfer Student Letter of Intent” to acknowledge your intent and request to return for the new school year.

Do I need to apply if I want my child to attend the school in my GPISD attendance zone?

Can I apply online at this time for my child to attend kindergarten in GPISD?
