Mr. Brian Brown
Brian Brown teaches 6th grade science and serves as the co-house leader for MIT at Grand Prairie Collegiate Institute. He has taught science and mathematics for the last 10 years.
Mr. Brown’s past teaching experiences were in 7th and 8th Grade Science and 8th Grade Math, along with teaching in a Project Based Learning classroom. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology, a Masters in Educational Leadership, and holds a principal certification. In the past, he was a football and soccer coach, an Environmental Science Coordinator, and a Master Science Teacher.
In his free time, Mr. Brown loves to play video games, watch hockey, soccer and football, and enjoys spending time with his family.
