College and Career Centers are designated physical spaces in GPISD schools equipped with computers, college resources, and trained staff focused on helping students navigate pathways to college and careers.   In the Dubiski College and Career Center, students are assisted by college and career advisors and undergraduate student mentors from higher education institutions.  Our higher education partners include North Lake College, the University of Texas at Arlington, and Advise TX.  Many services are offered at the Dubiski College and Career Center to foster a college-going culture, promote college awareness, and provide college resources. Our college advisors and undergraduate student mentors help with the following: 

• Assist students with all things college
• Career research and resume help
• SAT/ACT registration and study resources
• College applications
• Financial Aid assistance
• Scholarship research and application help
• College match & fit
• Provide college and career resources
• Assist with Xello
