• Diondria Phillips, Principal

    Diondria Phillips, PrincipalDiondria Phillips has been devoted to public education for nearly two decades. She will now begin her 19th year serving in the Grand Prairie Independent School District. Mrs. Phillips began her career in the classroom teaching various math disciplines at Grand Prairie High School and Crosswinds Accelerated High School. While at Crosswinds, Mrs. Phillips began her journey into administration as an assistant principal intern before becoming a Dean of Instruction, and ultimately Dean of Academics. Diondria has fulfilled the role of Dean for the last decade serving in this capacity at Hope 8th Grade Academy, Crosswinds Accelerated High School, Young Women’s Leadership Academy, and Grand Prairie High School.

    Diondria’s personal education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Education degree with emphasis in mathematics and English as a second language from Southern Methodist University, and a Master of Education in Educational Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Mrs. Phillips is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce.

    Diondria enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Quinton, and two sons, Quinton II and Austin. She is an avid crafter, enjoys listening to music and audiobooks, and has a life-long dream of learning to play the electric guitar. Mrs. Phillips is honored to lead the talented teachers and students at Dubiski Career High School. She has devoted her life to students and is looking forward to now partnering with staff, families, and the Dubiski community to help each student achieve their greatest potential.
