Jackson Middle School leads the way in academics, athletics, and fine arts with robust school spirit and traditions. The academic curriculum offers all courses required by the State of Texas for the mastery of standards for each grade level.

At Jackson Middle School we create a safe space and build strong, positive connections and provide opportunities for students to learn, grow, and thrive. We are empowered to lead in order to prepare students to move forward by helping students create a strong sense of self and promise. We are committed to preparing our students for high school.

Curriculum Offerings
Classes are offered in various levels including Advanced, Gifted and Talented, On Level or Enrichment.
We offer classes where students earn High School credit which include: English 1, Algebra 1, Geometry, Spanish 1-2, Principles of Business Marketing and Finance, Professional Communications, Dollars and Sense, Health, Principles of Agriculture, and PE Foundations
Gifted and Talented classes are offered for students who meet the district criteria for participation.

While GPISD is a district of choice, giving families an opportunity to choose the pathway best suited for their child, Jackson offers both the choice of traditional education as well as a Business and Industry pathway.

Jackson has multiple buses, which serve our students zoned for Jackson Middle School.

No. We follow the dress code of GPISD as outlined in the student handbook.
