Counseling at YWLA

Mission

Our Mission is to assist our girls with building self -esteem, self- identity, and self-worth while helping them to plan for their academic success and future.  This includes implementing SEL lessons, developing groups, and conducting schoolwide activities that will assist in removing barriers that may keep them from developing the skills necessary to lead happy and healthy lives.  We will assist these young ladies in becoming college and career ready so that they may attend colleges of their choice and earn advanced degrees so that they may not only become productive citizens, but help to change the world in which we live.
