Professional Development Facility Usage

The Professional Development location is the Houston Professional Development Center. All room request must be made through the Professional Development department.

  • Email Adrian Kiser list of needs (number/size of rooms, dates, times, # of participants expected) at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • The requestor will receive an email with room assignments.
    • The requestor will input HVAC request(s) into SchoolDude. (On the website, enter user name and password and choose FSDirect in the "Go To" box on the login screen.)
  • The requestor will ensure that the session name in SchoolDude matches the session name in Eduphoria.
    • The requestor will let Mari know that the schedule has been created. 

If Houston Professional Development Center cannot accommodate the request:

  • Contact the alternate site’s secretary directly and please provide the following:
    • Name of the Event
    • Date & Times of Event Number
    • Type of rooms needed
  • The site’s secretary will assign room(s) for use.
  • Requestor will input request into SchoolDude and ensure that the session name in SchoolDude matches the session name in Eduphoria.
