Badge Replacement Policy
Badge Replacement Policy
Replacement staff security badges are processed by the Technology Help Desk at the Ed Center.
Damaged badges
- No replacement fee for damaged badge returned to Help Desk.
- Replacement from the current photo in the database.
- A new photo will have a $30 fee.
Lost badges
- Reprints from the current photo in the database will have a $20 fee.
- A new photo will have a $30 fee.
Photo Retake
- A new photo retake request will have a $30 fee.
- Photo retakes are limited to 1 request annually.

Please submit a work order for all badge issues (door & printer access). Please provide the numbers located on the front and back of your badge.
