Badge Replacement Policy

Replacement staff security badges are processed by the Technology Help Desk at the Ed Center.

Damaged badges

  • No replacement fee for damaged badge returned to Help Desk.
  • Replacement from the current photo in the database.
  • A new photo will have a $30 fee.


Lost badges

  • Reprints from the current photo in the database will have a $20 fee.
  • A new photo will have a $30 fee.


Photo Retake

  • A new photo retake request will have a $30 fee.
  • Photo retakes are limited to 1 request annually.

Please submit a work order for all badge issues (door & printer access). Please provide the numbers located on the front and back of your badge.
